House rules, cancellation and privacy
House rules
The house has neighbours and thin old floors, so most of this comes down to keeping it quiet. The full list for each studio is on its own page.
- Check-in 14:00–23:00; later arrivals by prior arrangement. Check-out by 12:00.
- The person who books must be the person who checks in, with matching ID.
- No smoking indoors. Balconies are fine in 3A and 4A.
- No parties, no events, no extra visitors overnight.
- Quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Please close the street door behind you, day or night.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: the deposit is returned in full.
Within 7 days of check-in, 50% of the deposit is retained. Bookings made through Airbnb follow the policy shown on that listing instead.
Privacy
The request form collects your name, email address, phone number, dates, guest count and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else, and no account is created.
Those details are emailed to the host so your request can be answered, and are not stored in a database on this site, sold, or used for marketing. Ask us to delete your emails at any time and we will.
