This is my second time here. I will come back again when I return to Hanoi. This place is excellent and the host Roxanne is extremely helpful and responsive.Andrew · July 2026 · Review on Airbnb

I was really satisfied with the accommodation on the 3rd floor, so I also tried the 2nd floor. In comparison, the third floor is cozy and well maintained, so it feels cleaner. Also, the chassis is new, so it's quieter and the sun comes in well.
The second floor was a little more comfortable with the beds, and it was nice to be able to sleep separately from the group because there were two of them. Also, it's less tiring than the third floor because I often go back and forth. Also, the interior feels more spacious because the structure is different.
It's a place with other charms, so you can stay in the type you want.😊
Basically, it was the same host's accommodation, so there was no inconvenience. This time, he was very kind, so I also booked the first floor👍🏻지은 · January 2026 · Review on Airbnb

This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had; the place was exactly as described, incredibly clean, and felt like a true home away from home. Roxanne was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful with local tips, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
You couldn't ask for a better location! We were within walking distance to the shops, yet the house itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful.Annisa · December 2025 · Review on Airbnb

It was a great stay. Just as described in images. Moreover the luggage storage facility was a big plus point for us and the host was really helpful and understanding. Loved our stay ans the host.. ❤️Tanu · February 2026 · Review on Airbnb

The accommodation was 100% as shown in the photos and met our expectations. Roxanne is a wonderful host; she responded to any questions very quickly and was very helpful with everything. She offered to arrange an airport transfer and also allowed me to leave my belongings in the luggage storage room after checking out. A wonderful flat where it was a pleasure to stay and get to know Chano. By the way, the area is excellent – there are great high-street shops on this street, and the centre is within walking distance. I am extremely grateful for this experience – my heartfelt recommendation!Sasha · Kyiv, Ukraine · March 2026 · Review on Airbnb

Mọi thứ phòng ốc đều rất tuyệt vời, phòng được decor rất chỉn chu và tỉ mỉ. Riêng 1 điểm là chiếc giường ngủ bị lúng quá sâu 🥺Everything about the room was wonderful, and it was decorated with real care and attention to detail. The one thing: the bed sank in far too deep 🥺

Batriu House was a good stay overall and great value for money compared with other options nearby. The location was especially good, close to restaurants and shops, and it felt very local compared with the city center. The host was very communicative and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy. Nothing particularly exciting, but comfortable, convenient, and good value.Alexander · Netherlands · July 2026 · Review on Booking.com

I stayed here for a couple of days with my friends I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is very accessible from the main road and easy to navigate. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and other places you'd want to have within a walking distance. Facilities provided are top-notch. Room is super clean with amenities provided, and we also had washing machine and dryer without an extra fee. On top of it all, the host is super friendly and always willing to help us at any time. Very recommended place.Athallah · Indonesia · June 2026 · Review on Agoda

베트남에 다섯번 갔는데 이용했던 에어비앤비들 중에 가장 좋았습니다. 많은 에어비앤비들이 엘레베이터가 없기때문에 그점 감안하고 말합니다.I've been to Vietnam five times, and of all the Airbnbs I've stayed in this was the best. Many Airbnbs don't have a lift, so I say this with that in mind.

Phòng đẹp y hình, ngập ánh sáng. Vị trí ngay trung tâm, bước chân ra cửa là bạt ngàn hàng quán. Chủ nhà siêu nhiệt tình, tư vấn chỗ chơi rất có tâm. Ai muốn trải nghiệm phố cổ Hà Nội đúng nghĩa thì nên ghé Le Batriu thử luôn. 10/10The room is just like the photos and full of light. Right in the centre: step out of the door and there are places to eat everywhere. The host is incredibly warm and gives really thoughtful tips on where to go. If you want to experience Hanoi's old quarter properly, give Le Batriu a try. 10/10

A 20-minute breezy walking distance from the heart of Old Quarter, and I love the neighbourhood, particularly those coffee shops at the corner, love the city coffee. It is such a nice experience, however, the water pressure may not be stable all the time, if you want a nice hot bath after a long day, you need to know about this, other than that, everything is fine.Brielle · March 2026 · Review on Airbnb

Roxanne was AMAZING! Really helpful with airport drop off / pick up service even though it was Tet and busy she sorted it all out her communication was amaizng! The place was really cool and well designed. Perfect for a few nights you can easily walk to sowm really good spots. We liked the moose and roo - an American restaurant with a big play space for children - it’s a lot more moeny than anywhere else but was well worth it. There is also a park really close that is brilliant! Overall this is a brilliant place to come back to after a busy day!Autumn · February 2026 · Review on Airbnb

다음에도 여기에 오고 싶어요🥰I've stayed in many places in Hanoi, and of those at a similar price this was the cleanest — and the interior was lovely too. Plenty of places don't match their photos; this one looks exactly like them. What I liked most is how kind the host is 🥰 — she checked often whether we needed anything without us having to ask. The neighbourhood is quieter than the Old Quarter, but tidy and with lots to see; the walk around the lake was wonderful. With a lot of luggage, getting up to the 3rd floor at check-in was hard, but I was so happy with the place that I forgot all about it. I'd love to come back next time 🥰

Roxanne is such a great host. She is responsive in all my queries. Also helped in getting us a ride from and to the airport so it's less hassle to my family. She also recommend best spot to go while in Hanoi.
As for the room, it is clean and very homey. It's like your just home but in Vietnam. Though it's a bit tough if you have huge luggage and you need to climb it through the stairs.
But overall room and the host is fantastic. Would surely be back here if we return to Vietnam and will recommend it to my friends visiting Hanoi.Airbnb guest · January 2026 · Review on Airbnb
