I was really satisfied with the accommodation on the 3rd floor, so I also tried the 2nd floor. In comparison, the third floor is cozy and well maintained, so it feels cleaner. Also, the chassis is new, so it's quieter and the sun comes in well.
The second floor was a little more comfortable with the beds, and it was nice to be able to sleep separately from the group because there were two of them. Also, it's less tiring than the third floor because I often go back and forth. Also, the interior feels more spacious because the structure is different.
It's a place with other charms, so you can stay in the type you want.😊

I stayed here for a couple of days with my friends I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is very accessible from the main road and easy to navigate. There were plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops and other places you'd want to have within a walking distance. Facilities provided are top-notch. Room is super clean with amenities provided, and we also had washing machine and dryer without an extra fee. On top of it all, the host is super friendly and always willing to help us at any time. Right in the centre: step out of the door and there are places to eat everywhere. The host is incredibly warm and gives really thoughtful tips on where to go. If you want to experience Hanoi's old quarter properly, give Le Batriu a try. 10/10

그리고 가장 마음에 드는 점은 호스트가 굉장히 친절해요🥰 먼저 요청하지 않아도 필요한게 있는지 자주 확인해주기 때문에 좋았어요
그리고 동네가 올드타운보다 조용하지만 깔끔하고 구경할 곳이 많아서 좋았어요 호수를 산책하는 것도 아주 좋았습니다
체크인때 짐이 많아서 3층까지 가는게 힘들었지만 그것을 잊을정도로 만족한 숙소였어요
다음에도 여기에 오고 싶어요🥰I've stayed in many places in Hanoi, and of those at a similar price this was the cleanest — and the interior was lovely too. Plenty of places don't match their photos; this one looks exactly like them. What I liked most is how kind the host is 🥰 — she checked often whether we needed anything without us having to ask. The neighbourhood is quieter than the Old Quarter, but tidy and with lots to see; the walk around the lake was wonderful. With a lot of luggage, getting up to the 3rd floor at check-in was hard, but I was so happy with the place that I forgot all about it. I'd love to come back next time 🥰
